 Becky Brotcke-Lang, AAS-Accounting and AAS-Paralegal. (left), owner of Chicagoland Medical Billing Specialists (CMBS), and Sabrina Gantz, AAS-Accounting (right), Director of Billing, have successfully worked together, with our first company and with Myofascial Physical Therapy continually since 2008.

Becky and Sabrina's combined insurance knowledge and billing experience spans over 45 years. They have formed many relationships with various insurance companies throughout this time.  They are members of AAPC and HBMA. These executives have enjoyed co-teaching the Medical Billing and Coding class at Rock Valley College.

Before your first visit, we will verify your insurance benefits.  We make every effort to provide you with a complete understanding of your benefits before your first appointment. An insurance claim will be sent to your insurance company after each visit.

Becky and Sabrina are advocates and dedicated to each patient with knowledge of your individual insurance policies.  Together with their team of insurance and billing specialists, they have the professional knowledge to answer any billing question(s) or concern(s) you may have.
